Jon Ross leads teams in the programming, planning, and design of complex projects, focusing on academic and cultural clients. He has directed master plans, programming studies, historic renovation / preservation, and adaptive re-use projects, and new construction. Jon is Associate Principal for Yale University’s New Center for the Humanities. His work at over 40 college and university campuses includes renovations to the Sterling Memorial Library at Yale University, the Oliver Wendell Holmes Library at Phillips Academy, the Zorn Dining Commons at Keene State College, the Mary Brown Bullock Science Center at Agnes Scott College, and the Candler School of Theology at Emory University, all while at Shepley Bulfinch Richardson and Abbott.
Jon holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Cornell University. He is a member of the Society for College and University Planning and is a frequent guest juror at the Roger Williams University School of Architecture, Art, and Historic Preservation.
