JOSHUA B. AISENBERG

A seasoned Project Manager, Josh Aisenberg brings a strong track record in leadership, collaboration, and decision-making to his work. Josh has been Project Manager for the Dyson Center, a new interdisciplinary center for the School of Management and the School of Social and Behavioral Science at Marist College. At Phillips Academy’s Oliver Wendell Holmes Library, recently awarded the Robert H. Kuehn Jr. Award by Preservation Massachusetts, he managed the extensive transformation of a heritage building, creating new below-grade program and collections areas to make the library resources more visible, accessible, and flexible. His understanding of existing buildings and the opportunities for change and expansion are also reflected at The University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education Renovation and Expansion. He is experienced in design for new construction, serving as Project Manager for the new Kalperis and Chu Halls, a 243-bed, mixed-use student residence complex including community and study spaces, bookstore, and retail activities at Bates College. He was Project Manager for the design phases of the newly completed Yale University Humanities Quadrangle.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and Certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He has been a guest Design Critic at the Boston Architectural College.
